Award Criteria

Push 4 Change, Inc will formulate a letter of intent for the use of grants based on the grant proposals we are awarding. These letters will have to be signed by the directors of the organizations being awarded the grants. Failure to sign will result in loss of the grant.  If Push 4 Change, Inc believes that the grants awarded are not being used as the letter of intent states then the grant will be rescinded.

We will oversee the implementation of all grants awarded to ensure they further our exempt purposes. In doing so we will require periodic reports that will be compared to their timeline for implementation and budget previously submitted.  We will also require a final report proving that the grants awarded were appropriately used.  All reports will include a description of the progress made and a financial report demonstrating how funds are being used.
